Chia Pudding

This anti-inflammatory chia pudding recipe lets you build your own flavor profile—fruity, chocolatey, spiced, or tropical. It’s an easy, make-ahead breakfast or snack that fits your routine and your cravings.

Ingredients

1- can full fat coconut milk

1/4 C chia seed

1 tsp vanilla

Optional

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

1-2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and let chill in the fridge for a couple hours. Enjoy with fruit or by itself.
