Spicy Avocado Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium, ripe avocados

  • 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded

  • Large handful of fresh cilantro

  • Juice of 1 small lime

  • 1/4 cup water (or more for a thinner sauce)

  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add more water for a thinner sauce.

  3. Taste and add more salt if necessary.

Tip!

Store extra sauce in a small glass container with a squeeze of lime over the top to prevent browning.
