Egg Cheese Sandwich
This spinach egg goat cheese sandwich on paleo bread recipe is courtesy of Julian’s Bakery
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of Paleo Bread™ – Coconut (from Julian Bakery) 
- Olive oil 
- Handful of spinach 
- 1/8th cup Goat Cheese Crumbles 
- Salt and pepper 
Instructions:
- Place bread on oiled griddle. 
- After somewhat cooked, flip bread. 
- Sauté spinach with olive oil. 
- Cook egg (sunny side up). 
- When toast is complete, add crumbled goat cheese, followed by spinach, then top with egg.
