Ginger Mayo


  • 1-2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayo (see recipe for Paleo Mayo)


  1. Whisk the fresh grated ginger and lemon juice into mayo.
  2. Taste and tweak as desired.
